1970 is Johnnie Walkers 150th anniversary year and provides a specially festive background for The Highland Week of International Curling
To celebrate the occasion and in response to the ever increasing demand from overseas curlers to take part, the competition has been extended to 40 rinks
With Canada's glamerous and determined ladies rink defending their 1969 title, there will be keen competition from seven other overseas countries
