in a jubilant mood after their win in the final of The Johnnie Walker
Gold plate.
The first Johnnie Walker H W I C was held at Aviemore eight years
ago when 32 rinks from 6 countries took part. Since then the week
has grown to a forty rink event and has over the years attracted curlers
from many countries some from as far away as New Zealand and the Ivory
Coast.
There may be only one Gold Salver, but everyone will win new friends.
